Will the "real" you please stand up?
If you hear no other thing that is said, if you never grasp another truth in your life, this is the one that you cannot miss.

You are of priceless worth. There has never been anyone like you and there never will be. The intricate details of you are unique only to you. No one can change that and no one can take that away from you. You were created as a one of a kind. You are not a mistake. You were purposely created for something wonderful.

Maybe you don't like what you see in the mirror. Maybe you don't like yourself. Maybe someone else belittled you or made you feel less about yourself -~but hear this ~ it was a lie.

Your worth is not in the way you look or the things you have or the things you get or the things you say. Your worth is not in whether other people like you or appreciate you.

You are an original and you are worthy to be loved exactly as you are.

You have in you the ability to give love, acceptance, compassion, understanding and hope to everyone you meet. You have in you the ability to give this world something that has never been seen before and no one else can. You are a miracle and your potential is limited only by what you believe about yourself.

Meditate on this truth and let it sink into your heart. It is the first and most important step to finding your wings.

 Peace and Love are within us all. Sometimes the strength is not in holding on but in letting go, a scary process for some. The search for truth is none other than the search for self, the spirit within, the true path to God (or whatever you believe in). Before we can be loved by others, we must love ourselves, let down our shields and let our inner beauty shine forth.
