Finally I did it
Finally I did it After almost 1 year from the date that my goal was to do 100 reps with 150 pounds on squats I finally did it. I got to a point I got so sickenly tired after doing it I just got tired of it. If you ever ran a 400 meter dash full boat you know what I am talking about but it felt like a 400 meter dash on steriods so I stopped doing it for awhile and went with heavier weights with less reps . For some reason I got interested again with my 1st attempt on the 2nd of August and I did a some what easy 92 reps/ Well , back in my next attempt which was the 7th I finally did it , 100 reps. Now I have a new goal is to do 160 pounds for 100 reps and I am only a hop away from that. |

Thanks a lot rjreece4u and ortegaflower I appreciate your comments. When I place these posts it is not to brag but to motivate people into getting out and get into shape. And if people dont want to do it thats fine. I like all kinds of people and people of different shapes and colors in this world make it go around. And also if this old codger can do it you can to LOL

Last night I did the 160 pounds for not only 100 reps but 103 reps. Next goal 100 reps with 170 pounds
