And a good Monday to you too Thought I'd start the week with some good news. We've fixed 342 bugs in the last month. If you've noticed we haven't been releasing any new features for the last few months. The entire team has been focused on fixing bugs. I'm not kidding. We haven't been allowed to do anything else. These fixes (and a few more) will go in early August. I'll get you a list of the ones you care about most as soon as I'm sure they are ready. There's a really nice site redesign on the way that should make some tasks super simple. For example, being able to save Linking Tags in a favorite list instead of looking at the bottom of blogs to find the code. Real picture albums are coming too, so that you can finally post that pic of your sweet ass car if you want. The image size in blogs should be fixed by the end of the week. We'll set it so the image size should max out at 600 x 700. We've got a new contest starting next week with a summer blockbuster theme. I think you'll see a lot of things happen to Harry Potter that you never imagined. Keep the suggestions coming. |

Ok, I'm crossing my fingers, toes, arms, legs and heck, even my eyes. I'll cross my t's, do cross stitching, crossword puzzles and even say cross words to a crossing guard. I'll eat hot cross buns. I'll cross the train tracks, the street and even town.  Damn, I'm a pretzel now. Hurry up with those fixes. This is going to get mighty uncomfortable quick. I may just wind up getting cross and crossing over if this doesn't go right.

I was beginning to wonder if you didn't love me anymore!!! I hadn't heard or seen you posting and was curious. I hope this doesn't mean back to Ghana for me?? I truly have my fingers crossed also that the fixes all work.

Ryan -- I'm trying to put a larger image in my Blog description, and I have resized it to 600x251, but it will only show up in tiny size -- 100x40. Do you know why it's doing that? Is there a way I can fix it? Thanks!

Love the list of fixed bugs list! Mine must be on there somewhere - I can FLIRT again... yay! As for the new site design, great! I hope your wonderful dev team and management did hire Usability and/or User Experience Designers. You know, those people like me who say "Hey, is the 'Block' button in an email message the same as the 'Ban' button when someone sends a Testimonial a user doesn't want?" Those kinds of little things that confuse and frustrate users that you shouldn't have to look for because you're focused on making sure the code is right. You did, didn't you? Didn't you? DIDN'T YOU?
