Kudos doesn't exist anymore. Unless a similar program is in the plans somewhere down the road, voting is no longer needed. I really don't see a constructive use for it.

 They're useless.

A blog tab on the profiles, on the other hand - would be awesome.

Also, as someone else mentioned, a direct link to get to one's own blog from the home page.
