Heard on news that on average, people only spend 39 minutes a year relaxing, not counting sleep.
Seems our lifestyles these days is "GO, GO, GO!". No one spends time to slow down and smell the roses! It's a sad comment to our society today!
Myself, have time set aside everyday for meditation.
