Up to 12,000 Steps
Up to 12,000 Steps Am up to 12,000 steps on my daily walks. That's about 6 miles, give or take. When I was working, I estimate that I walked about 15 miles in a shift, or more. Phone has walking/diet/weight program to track my progress. Usually 1200 calories under their suggested meals, but am quite full on 800 calories. Lost another pound, which it also tracks, so am doing quite well. A pound a week is best weight loss, according to tracker. Yea, I know, not all that interesting info to some, but I need to be in better shape! A healthy body leads to happier life! Healthier body means less pain! I'm very committed to doing this, always mindful of a healthier life! Romance her heart, tease her body, enjoy the company shared in bed n out!
