And that is much further than I walk, but I have foot injury, so Im stuck to exercise bike for now. Wanna race?

Sure, will race, LOL. Good that you use exercise bike.
Back in the day, when I was 17 to 28 or so, was nothing to hike 100 to 150 kilometers (63 to 95 miles) through the jungle.
Or, when I was working in bakery, would walk 20 miles or more every shift.
