His voice is still
In my head
I hear it echoing
His sing songy accent
A product of his environment.

Will it always be
When I hear the words
Say and okay
That I repeat them
To myself In his
Particular way?
Will this memory fade?
How long will it stay?
Just long enough
To drive me insane?
I hope and pray
That it ends
Befote that can happen
