Fakes, fakes everywhere

I know, I'm new to this place here, but I thought there would be a bit better control over the number of fake profiles here.

To be honest, I first wanted to write a ranting blog about the topic, but then I found the Fake Profiles?? group. Seems I'm not alone here with this problem.

I'm wondering. Would it be a good idea to wipe these out from here? How many users would remain here? Oh, well... Above my paygrade, I guess...

 There are fakes everywhere, and thanks to KitKat, you know now where to find them. She really is a great lady, isn't she?

Now, I don't believe for one minute that this problem is only on this site. Honestly? I think there fake people everywhere, walking all over this planet. I don't mean that as a "crazy person". Or, "pod people".

I mean there are many people in this World who lie and manipulate to get their way. It seems to be an ever growing problem when "Looking Out For Number One" is the way so many wish to live.

I am glad blogland here is full of people who love to share.

I agree with that. Fake people indeed are running all around. I just thought that this place is for a reason. Yeah, yeah... I've been a little naive. Why would cyberspace be different than the real one. Sad.

Anyway... In the hunt for real people.

Well... they indeed got me buying into it. You seem disappointed. I have not given up hope yet. Let's talk in a few months.

lmao....you have a great sense of humor....you will go far, once you weed out the fakes.

I will have to visit that group...people using main profile pics that aren't of them (and they claim it is them) is a pet peeve of mine....it wouldn't take but a minute of an employee's time to put new pics through the verification process to determine if they are stolen or not but the site leaves that up to us to do.

 Just want to share my positive experience. I've reported a scammer and they disabled the account. There's light at the end of the tunnel.

Yeah, yeah. It is workey, but so as getting rid of the weed on your lawn is.
