does the IM not working properly

has it been hard to communicate through IM lately? like it's not going through.

 For whatever reason, my experience is that often someone who shows on the screen as on IM isnt always on IM. I would say that about 80% of the IMs that I send are not responded to for that reason, but they could also be ignoring the IM or be a fake profile. Another reason could be that some members are on their I phone and that can be pretty slow as compared to a desktop or laptop. You just have to keep trying.

 Yes sometimes in the middle of a chat it will show messages as delivered and they are not going through

 The IM is very unreliable so I no longer utilize it
(Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group
