Well I thought I would change my heading just a bit. Stopped doing those power walks because they were inflaming my knees but still doing the things I like and still in great shape. I still do those weight workouts in the gym for 3 times a week but I increased my crunches and side bends to a lot more. I added this really intensed no weight deep knee bends or squats to my workouts and I am finding that has also helped me in the sex thing. I used to tire a bit over a period of time now find myself more like the eveready bunny more so than before. Anyway as I say I know I can give my partner a harder and longer workout if you know what I mean. And does not mean working out with weights. HMMMM I love how I feel after a long workout with my partner and find myself delivering even after I have climaxed . Have fun and I hope it is of the naughy kind
