Now dont get wrong. I'm not a woman hater, or a person normally out for a rant. But I wanted to say something regarding the equality of today's society.
We have just gone through valentines and two days later mm y birthday. It came to me than in most respects men are almost forgotten or over looked. When we think about valentines, I got my wife chocolates, flowers, other small presents. We have been together for 24 years and still feel its important to keep it alive.
For her part she got me a card. Thats it! Then for my birthday I got a some total of 3 cards and a robe from my . Now at this point most women will scream about I should be lucky as they do all the work. But no, I do most of the cooking, the tidying up. My fair share of washing etc. I work 12 hours a day.
My point is that think about yourself, what did you get your mum, wife for her birthday Christmas etc. And then what did you get your husband. Dad?
Then look at other things in life. Work, have a look in in the clothes shops. See the variety for women then have a look for men.
Trust me people equality is as farce.
