I've never really been into the Sci Fi movies, so the Star Wars movies didn't do a thing for me. However, this girl I was dating back in the '70s was a huge Sci Fi fan. I took her to the first one in June of '77.....at a drive-in....of course, I tried to play around, but she was just into the movie, so I did what I wanted as long as she could still see the movie.
