Lifestyle + ?

HTH do parents dabble in the lifestyle when they have young'uns??? We're fortunate to have one of our be old enough to babysit the youngest, and occasionally a neighbor friend helps with overnight babysitting, but we can't ever host til they're all 18 & out of the house, or there's some magical weekend where both are at extended sleepovers (youngest has only been to one). Anyone in this situation have any helpful tips that allow us to have and eat our cake?

 Thanks chatgal_awes2 and Rua1313! Once at a local swingers club we had a couple offer to get together in "normal" mode, but for some reason that made me nervous. I like the alternating plan, but then you never get to play with your SO...

We're going to a party in a couple weeks, older son is babysitting the 4yo, plus the neighbor said the 4yo can sleepover, so I think we're golden for this outing.
