 Because women don't think that way. We are firm believers in the saying: There's no such thing as a free lunch...

Besides we don't see "oral pleasure" as you call it as a way of full fillment - it's a start of something more, so when you say that's want you want, a lot of women will se it as you offering foreplay, and either think: I don't want the foreplay and nothing else, or he wants more than just that - either way the odds are against you.
