When things go wrong
When things go wrong And nothing seems to be right. Work, family, health, whatever you name it. Do you go for therapy? Will it help? a teacher once, a teacher always |

relax therapy.... just to find a place to kool down...relax and don't think about those unhappy things... close your eyes. Just inhale n exhale slowly and in a constant pace.... relax your self totally while you are doing the breathing cycle.... repeat it for a few minutes.... then open your eye n hope that it can help u.... take care Jack

I'm not sure if it would be useful, but I don't... I'm very much a person who keeps alot of things to himself and often always choose to face things alone.... But I won't say that's healthy.... More like a habit and I've got my own reasons to be doing so..... You can try talking to friends or people.... It's likely to make you feel better.... I even used to talk to total strangers....

Talking to friends, you can't help but think that under those sympathetic faces, they are sniggering behind your back. Maybe I am paranoid but I have been proven right often. a teacher once, a teacher always

Well times are tough. When the going get tough, the tough get going. Everyone will have its up and down. Hope everything work out well for you. I am having my own set of problems here with family and stuff. Its the challenging time. Meet up with ur girlfriends. Usually might help alittle esp when they start bitching about their own problem and sometimes it may or may not help but to think maybe my own problem is not as bad as theirs.

Realising the great things you do have in life and enjoy and appreciate them - that helps for me. It brings a smile to my face, and then things seem to turn around. keep being nice to yourself and positive - and recognize that the thoughts you have are the only thing that controls your emotions. You can be free to enjoy things then Its working for me right now.
