goooooooooooooood mmorning in SE NC

Cold over here on the coast this morning, and if
that's not enough, we sprung forward 1 hr to
Daylight saving time. Bad enough some of us can't
sleep well, but know we have just lost a whole hour
is tough to swallow.

Anybody else have trouble getting their ole body to
adjust to that lost hour?????

I have no trouble sleeping but I really hate the change in the hour which is 3 weeks away for us. It takes me a week to get over it.
Depending what is going on with me on a
daily basis, it takes me more than a week
sometimes, especially if I don't sleep well at
night.

Great day today, but mine started way
before 6, as I had to be ready to go to
the beach to do some work at 7am.

Enjoyed it anyway.

It don't matter to me. I would adjust to it very fast.
But today was a very nice day outside.
It was a gorgeous day here today as well, sunny,
a gentle wind blowing at the beach as I was down
there doing some work. Was mostly under the house
helping do a project we have going in the storage
area. Didn't get done, but will be back there
end of week and get some more done.

You are lucky.

Not one wink of sleep for me last night,
I even swapped bedrooms and thought that
might do it, but to no avail.

With a couple cups of coffee and hot tea
about 8:30 am, I finally slide back in my
usual bed and right off to sleep.

BUT have been busy putting tool batteries in
chargers all afternoon and loading supplies and
building materials my workers will need tomorrow
on that project down at beach. Found all I need
from all the storage bldgs and rooms except my
building square.

Didn't sleep, much to my sorrow, but
finally did go to sleep after 8:30 am
this morning.

OOOh, that would be wonderful to have the
time 'constant' all year round.
