Focus on your own life first, the rest is distraction. Your health is your freedom. Start working out, cardio and strength training. Supervised by a professional trainer/coach. Three days a week. Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thurs/Sat. But Sun/Tue/Thursday is good too. Eat healthy food. No noodles or rice. Impossible, I know but when you really have to, eat whole grain/brown rice. Read the package so you know what the ingredients are. Weigh your food portions and use a food app to make your food intake visible to yourself. Contact your dietician and let him/her set the the right proportions. Eat two pieces of fruit every day. No canned/processesed food. Fresh veggies are best. Frozen veggies are goo too as they tend to cost less than fresh ones. No salt, no sugar. When the thought of all this made you tired already, then you need to rest. Rest is important. Don't think all of this is impossible, it isn't. Try, have faith in yourself that you too can do it. The above written is exactly what I am doing,how Iive my life. End of preaching.
