Picture troubles

Someone help me out if you can. I don't know why my picture (just of my eyes) looks so big on any of my blog posts. I even tried to shrink it down on my picture program and upload it.....didn't work. Is it something in my settings??? I am hoping to make it look normal, instead of the extreme close up of the middle of my nose. Anyone who can help me out, please leave me a comment with suggestions. The alternative would be to use no picture, which I am thinking about.

I am usually pretty good about most things, not an expert by any stretch, but I do OK. I just don't know how my picture got that way, and can't fix it......it looks goofy as it appears now. Thanks for dropping in on me Heaven!!
