++ A Binge :) ðēð  . Garlic is something that has really caught my attention ! Would you believe that I grew up, never tasting garlic? I have to thank to US Air Force for introducing me to the flavor. I can not imagine having a kitchen not holding garlic. There are so many ways to use it. Being subtle or pushy with flavor. And it seems to be something that crosses cultures. Is garlic commonly used in your culture? Do you enjoy its flavor. If you have or have had a garden, do you grow it?          |

I find that most cooks/chefs that use garlic are too heavy-handed with it for my preference. Needless to say, there's no garlic in my kitchen - though I might have an old can of garlic salt stashed away someplace. Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

Good morning Pal, I just LOVE GARLIC as I cook with it every day. It's good for the blood, and it makes food taste amazing. I can't grow it here, but I sure buy it often, as it's not that expensive here, beings we have the garlic capital here in Gilroy. I hope you are enjoying your long weekend..
