protective orders Went to court yesterday because I filled a warrant on my xbf for texting me. it was a threatening texted. the damn judge (which was the same one that signed the protective order in the first place) found my xbf not guilty because I couldn't prove that my xbf actually pushed the damn buttons on his phone and sent me the text!!! I was told that all I can do is keep calling the cops and filling warrants every time he sends me a text even tho the judge will find him not guilty. What in the hell is a protective order good for besides keeping him away from me even tho it does state that he cant TEXT me? There's gotta be something I can DO!!!! |

the prosecutors must be presenting the case wrong. All the police need to do is get a search warrant for his cell phone and the record of the call will constitute a proma facia case of guilt. Be safe, relax and just have fun!
