My best advice is to not respond at all. In my experience he is just looking for a reply from you so he can spew out more of his crap at you. If you do not respond, he has nothing to comment on. And you will be the better person for holding your tongue.

I would respond with "Welcome to my blocked list" .. then report him. I would encourage you and everyone else who encounters this type of message to include this fine gentleman's handle in your post as well. Public shaming is appropriate and the only way to warn respectable people off this person.

I'm so happy that I sent you a long message before I read this. I pretty sure there is no masters program on how to be an idiot when you turn 50! I'm also sure any person with a first grade education understands that this Rembrandt that he drafted is not deserving of any response. However because it is written with the intellect of a 10 year old it would probably be wise someone does some background on this guy as he is most likely on a sex offenders list!
