CHat/IM For some reason, we can't seem to chat with others on this IM system. We can start a discussion, but after 2-3 entries, then we get disconnected. Wondering if it is a setting that Hookup.Date Naughty Affair Dating has for our profile. Anyone else having this same difficulty ? |

IM on Hookup.Date Naughty Affair Dating is pretty crappy. It shouldn't be, it's not rocket science, but it is. I've noticed that if I don't see "...waiting for so-and-so to reply" then the message never went through. Some people use an interesting cheat. Connect via mail and meet up in a chat room that doesn't have anyone in it. Rebar100 Just the right amount of wrong. Occasional participant in various ongoing blogging projects. Rather be naked. I JUST QUIT TRYING OUT OF FRUSTRATION---IT WAS ALOT EASIER TO CONNECT BEFORE THEY "DID THE UPGRADE" NOW ITS IMPOSSIBLE!!

I've not had a lot of trouble with the IM Chat interface here, but it can be unreliable at times. I can tell you for sure that different browser's will behave differently, so try logging in here using a different browser. Firefox and Chrome typically work well. Opera can work too. (I seldom use Microsoft products, except for the OS, for now.) Check too that the browser you are using is up-to-date. Typically the easiest way to check this is through the main menu system ... click on: Help > About ... that usually initiates an update check, and will give you a report back. You can also try a different device. If you are using a Laptop or Desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux), try using a Tablet PC (Android or iOS [Apple]). I bought a really nice reconditioned Android Tablet once for < $60, so it does not need to be a big investment, and it can give you some flexibility. What Operating System (OS) and Web Browser do you normally use? You need to be sure your OS is up-to-date too. As mentioned already, try using another IM system (Google and Yahoo are very popular, and reliable). Once you connect with someone and can feed them your ID. Also... set-up a blog post where you can "Pre-review ... all responses before they show up". Lots of folks do this. It is a way for folks to leave you a private message (even if they are "free" members). I'm betting though that if you switch browsers, and/or check that all your software is up-to-date, your problem will be solved. There is a possibility that on your system there is another "background app" running that is causing a conflict, but those are harder to track down. Try all the other stuff here first if you can. Feel free to let me know if this helps ... or not.

Hey bud58m, Thanks for the tips. We are using Firefox, however I just discovered last night that our version is not the newest. So,...we updated that, and this morning, we updated our Flash Player also.... Maybe that will make a difference on the IM system here on Hookup.Date Naughty Affair Dating. We shall let you know. Thankss

Hookup.Date Naughty Affair Dating is sporadic at best. Sometimes things will work well and other times nothing seems to work. I just try and hope for the best.
