Not that the total death count isn't important, but here are some stats you won't hear from the politicians: USA - Cases confirmed = .0001 % of population (Note that is 4 decimal places out) Deaths = .00006 % of population (Note this is 5 decimal places out Italy - Cases confirmed = .001 % of population Deaths = .0002 % of population Spain - Cases confirmed = .002 % of population Deaths = .0002 % of population If you look at the % per population, the US is in far better shape than any other country. Something to help ease the minds of those here, but media and politicians are not interested in calming nerves. Panic is the key to getting more control over everyone. The US cases per million is 651 and deaths 15

Yes, but you have to take something else into account: Italy and Spain hopefully have or are about to reach the peak as far as deaths are concerned as it seems that their strict measures have started working. The situation in the IUSA just started. Unfortunately you were late to take strict measures and every state is doing different things. Therefore you have almost the whole April to peak. Did you see what is the US Government’s projections? 100,000 to 240,000 deaths. Anything below 240,000 will be considered a good number given how shitty the situation can become. 100,000deaths/327,000,000 US population = 0.0003 that is 3 dead per 10,000 people. If 240,000/327,000,000=0.0007 that is 7 dead per 10,000 people. 4 decimals on both cases. And according to the Administration, you should be happy with these numbers! I mean, you are the most powerful country in the world and you may end up with a far worse disaster in casualties than countries that are the 7th (Italy) and the 12th powers in the world! How does this look? A complete and utter failure. US was aware about the situation since the begining of January. The war president was playing golf on March 8 if I am not mistaken. How does this look, less than a month later? This was a problem that was not even a problem. It was supposed to go off on its own...
