DOES MY BUTT LOOK BIG IN THESE? - HONESTY AND WHITE LIES
DOES MY BUTT LOOK BIG IN THESE? - HONESTY AND WHITE LIES SO YOUR GIRLFRIEND TURNS TO YOU AND SAYS - DOES MY BUTT LOOK BIG IN THESE JEANS - WHAT DO YOU SAY....OH, WHAT DO YOU SAY? It is generally said in a relationship, honesty is the best policy but is really true? Personally I believe little white lies are fine if it saves some unnecessary hurt feelings. LIke if the jeans don't make her butt look a little bigger but overall not bad then say they look fine; if dinner wasn't all it was cracked up to be, say it was delicious; and although you don't particularly want to know, ask your partner how their day was cause you really want to know. Obviously if the issue is you have another family somewhere and you're umming and ahhing over whether you should say something - FOR FUCK SAKE BE HONEST! Otherwise a little white lie here and there hasn't ever really hurt anybody. |

I think it depends on your relationship and who (exactly) is asking. A fib from kindness is virtually always fine, but just don't make a habit of it! Some people need constant reassurance, most don't. We all have (more than) our share of shitty days when the unvarnished truth is as appetising as a plate of cold sick...

It seriously depends on the situation. I might say the jeans don't make you look fat. You fat ass makes you look fat. If I don't want the cold shoulder or worse for a month I would probably tell the white lie that not they don't. You look great.

I used to think this...a little white lie won't hurt. However, the more I told them, the more I rationalized them. And then soon, my whole life with my ex-wife turned into one giant lie. Never again. If you ask me, "Does my butt look too fat in these?" and if you have a big fat butt, I'm going to say "Yes, your have a fat ass, but I love that fat ass of yours no matter what. Now if you want to work out and loose some weight, that's cool, I'll definitely cheer you on. Maybe we could be each other's cheerleading section and get healthy together! But no matter what, I love you as you are." The point being...don't lie. Be honest. Otherwise, if you do this, you're really just lying to yourself and making yourself miserable over time as the little lies pile up over time.

Be honest always. If it is not what someone wants to hear then say it kindly ...turn a negative into a positive.

I believe that you do have a rational and relevant idea about the matter in hand. Basically, I would imagine that it depends on what is relevant at the time and important for the moment.

"Looks good to me" When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

I am an ass man, so I want women with a big ass. An ex gf would ask me if the jeans she was trying-on made her ass look big, so I would just point to my full erection, she would smile, and purchase the jeans. It was a win/win for both of us. I do not see why a woman would fear having her ass look big, especially with so many women going to the gym to make their butts bigger and firmer.
