Why would you want to ?
Looks OK to me.

But since you asked, I would say mummification because it involves desiccation of the tissues. And as the human body is largely water, VOILA!, smaller booty.
Unfortunately, it's not a spot reduction method.

 You appear to be wonderfully proportioned, top and bottom. I think booty reduction would be a big mistake. Clearly with your feminine assets as nicely positioned as they are, with a smaller booty you would disturb this perfect balance resulting in difficulty standing and you might actually fall over!
