Well My Friday was of dodging the bad karma at work,and wishing the day would end. I then came home and changed into something a little more dressy and when out with the newlyweds for dinner and a movie. We had pleasant conversation about there trip to California on the backs of their motorcycles. they talked of the rain,hail and the snow that they rode into in AZ and how they were out running the storms that had tornado's in them and such. It sounded like a fun and exciting time. I did not get home until 1AM. So I was able to sleep in a little bit today. Now I'm going to go fight in a rapier tournament and get my but kicked because I'm still very new at this. LOL Well have a great day. I'm going to enjoy the weather.

Well the work week is almost over and I'm glad for it to end. I'm getting to the point to make sure that I have on something that will not attract Bitchiness. I mean every time I go into work someone is bitching about someone else and I'm thinking WOW what side of the bed did they wake up on? I wake up and I'm in a good mood and well Damn it I want to stay in a good mood when I'm at work. People like it when others are happy and in a good mood. I make sure that I'm not drawn into the bitchiness so I find other things to do. Ok enough about the negative energy at work.
I had a long day today because I was in the lab today I drew 66 patients today, so I did not get to sit down and get a break. If you do not know I'm vampire, I draw people's blood. I'm not going to try and spell the correct word. Ok I will try and spell it Phlebotomist. I enjoy it and I do not like hurting people so when someone flinches I'm like are you all right. Believe it or not there are a lot of Men who do not like needles. they are babies when it comes to giving up a little bit of blood so the Dr can test it.
Well I'm going to get off of here and find some dinner. Happy TGIF tomorrow!!!!

My fun week end !!!!!!!!!!!

Lets see it has been a while since I have been in here to post.I have a lot to catch you folks up on. Lets see I will start with this week end and go from there.
This week end I went to Cincinnati and was there for some of the Medieval stuff I do. I arrived there at 1:00 in the morning on Sat. and then the group of people that I was sharing a room with we went to the Zoo. I must say that if you have not been to that zoo I recommend that you go. you will have a great time. It was a lot of walking and good exercise. Then that night we all went to a german bar had some good beer and food. Went back to the Hotel and relaxed and went swimming.
Woke up on Sun early so I could get ready for the tournament that was being held that day. I was being fought for by a good friend and so I had a new dress and looked very 13th century. I'm hoping to have a pic soon. Well he made it to the fourth round and then was knocked out of the tournament. all in all it was a good day. We changed clothes and went out for steak and went back to the hotel and visited with friends and I got a little tipsy and went back to the room about 2:30 in the morning and fell asleep.
Mon we woke up at 11:00 and packed and was on the road. Stopped at my favorite place Waffle House. I like there Pecan pancakes.Made it back home by 4:00 pm and then went and saw Indiana Jones. I do recommend that you see it.
That was my Week end.

Well here I sit at home just before noon and I'm playing hooky from work to have a day to relax and of course do some laundry. I have many random thoughts going thru my head at this time. Like the list of things I need to get done for this week end. I'm thinking about going and buying a new toy. I need to make sure that I have washed my work clothes and such so I can go to work tomorrow. The rules for rapier fighting are running a muck thru all of the other thoughts as well. Oh well I better get back to my relaxing LOL not.Too much to do here at Scarlett's Manor.

My My My what a week!!!

Well I finally have some time to sit down and do some typing. I have had a few busy days here lately.
I will start with Wednesday. I got home from work and I had to change from my boring work clothes to something to slip out of easy. I was going to visit a friend.  I did not get home until 11:30 he heee he hee I just do not kiss and tell.
Then on Thursday I worked in the Lab all day and drew about 50 people. I was tired standing all day and not getting to drink enough water. My best friend's wedding was Sat and the other bride's maid arrived at my house and she and I and her husband sat around drinking scotch and just chatting before going to bed at 12:30.
Friday we had to be up and at the site for the wedding to decorate by nine but they did not open up the site until noon. So we went and picked up the shoes and the brides dress and then we picked up some lunch and went to the site. we decorated until 2:45 and then we the whole bridal party went and had a pedi and a mani. that includes the groom and the groomsmen and the brides mom and the bride and the brides maids. we were given mimosas and relaxed. then we headed back to the site for rehearsal. got home and we went to bed.
Saturday it is wedding day we were able to sleep in a bit. we had to be at the hotel at 11:30 to get ready and relax. the hair stylist showed up at noon and she got us looking beautiful and we then got dressed and went to the wedding site at 4:15 and the wedding was at 5. we had pics and then the ceremony happened and it was party time he he eee .
That is how my last few days went. so now I'm going to go and find my toys and have some fun!!!! He heh he eee

Tuesday Fighter Practice

Well here it is tues night and I'm back from Fighter practice. You are probably wondering what the heck is fighter practice. It is a group of people who get together and beat each other with sticks. I prefer to use a metal blade that I could poke people with instead of clubbing people.that is what Fighter Practice is all about.
I have had another day at work that was just like yesterday. So nothing new in that department.
the home front there is nothing that is out of normal. But I know that my toys are not what I want tonight. I wish I could have the real thing LOL oh Well I will keep dreaming

Monday, Monday Boring

Well here is it Monday night and I had a hard time getting up this morning and going to work. I looked at the clock and hit the snooze like 4 times and then rushed around to get ready for work. LOL I walked into work and found out that the closer had called in, and JACHO was coming to check out the lab. Great Im thinking so I just jump right into work. At 3:30 today I was the only one by myself. I was like ok I will just go with it and put up the sign that says that Im in the lab please sign in and I will get to you as soon as I can. At 4 PM I have a waiting room full of people and I was taking 2 at a time and moving them in and out that way, finally someone showed back up to close because I did not know what to do for the close.Im tired LOL. I was late getting home. I had friends over tonight because it was my turn to cook dinner for 8 people. I cooked out on the grill and had Chicken and mac and cheese and some salad. we had ice cream for dessert. Over all It was a nice day outside and I was trapped in my glass office where I could not get out. Maybe tomorrow

Wild and fun times

Well Last night at 10 pm I headed down to Jimmy's Bar. I met up with one of my friends and he and I sat at the bar and watched the college students drinking and having a good time. It was a fun time.
Today was a lot nicer than it was yesterday. I went to the park with my roommate and we worked on some Rapier Drills and ate lunch there as well. He was on his best behavior. I was surprised He did not give me the 20 questions I usually get when I'm out late. I went to the store and picked up some stuff for the grill and had some burgers.
Well enough about my Day. Good Night

Windy and Cold

Well I'm back from my SCA event and let me tell you that is was fucking windy and cold. I of course wore Tribal (belly dancing) and I had a bare mid section. I was over in Bloomington today. It was the local groups event so I go and visit with some good Friends. I was of course going to teach a belly dancing class today thinking it was going to be sunny and somewhat warm. LOL NOT. So I did not teach my class. POUT 
I how ever ended up talking about whips and floggers with someone who did not know that I play that way. It was quite a shock to him that I knew of and knew the head of the coolest Lifestyle encampment at the big event I go to in Aug. Anyway that is about all I have to say about that little chat. He he he eee
well It is still early here so I'm thinking about going downtown and see if there is something fun to do there. I will let you know if I find something or someone he he eee

Well I must say that I have been thinking about what I would put into my Blog. So I thought about it I mean this is to help others get to know me better. I have been having some adventures here recently. I mean I went to a M&G this past week end and had a wonderful time. I'm getting ready to go to an SCA event. Now for you folks do not know what an SCA event is. It is a non profit organization that reenacts the middle ages from 600 to 1600. It is a lot of fun. I have been doing it for many years. I will have to let everyone know how it goes tomorrow. Well Be good and behave.
