I am what many may consider a "bitch" at times, and you know what, if you consider me that then fine. But let me tell you what I feel on the word. Bitch to me is someone who does not back down from anyone. Someone who is independent, sexy, or not. Someone who is very opinionated, and very passionate. I have had sometime today to really think, and it was such a calming experience. Ok, I know not many people like American Idol, but I am a fan!! I am sad tonite, because one of my favorites was voted off tonite. I will admit that her song choices for the past 2 weeks have not exactly been the best ones for her voice, but I really did not expect her to go this week! I was reading an interesting blog post written by frogger1995! It is a political post of sorts, and she has some points that I agree with and would like to rant about for a moment! Now I know that this is a sex site, but hey it's my blog!! There is comment by bardicman, that I think is just like a republicanistic jackass' mythical beliefs.
Anyway, on to my rant about the idiotic president of our Great United States!! I find it appalling that as great as our country is we spend more money overseas than we do in our own country. Many speak about those "lazy" people on welfare, and let me say this I have been on welfare, and it wasn't because I was lazy, or that I was on drugs, nor because I was ignorant! I live in the city with the highest unemployment rate in Virginia! I have 3 , and they are closing our manufacturing businesses, which built this town. Why have these places closed? It is because the companies have moved over seas, thrusting the very American people who have helped them make millions of dollars, by not only helping in making the product to sell, but purchasing them as well!! Those who speak of the poor, noneducated, people of this land, need to dig deep and be thankful that you are not one of them. Be thankful that you do not have to walk to school, in fear of being caught up in a turf war. If America, would take better care of Americans, then perhaps things would be better. We have the strictest and most complicated regulations on Social Security, not to mention the practically nonexistant healthcare, of any of our Allied Nations. We spend Billions of Dollars, to search for weapons, our own Presidential Administration sold to Iraq, and we cannot come to the aid of our own . People speak of how there are drug dealers on every corner, well you know what, if that is all you see, all you know, and your family needs money, and people don't want to hire you because of the color of your skin because of the still deep rooted and rediculous prejudices, then what the fuck? The money we have spent on this fruitless search, could have been used for better healthcare, Social Security Reform, Education Funding for At risk and Families, perhaps even as incintives to keep our American Industries in America.
America is a great country, it is a rich country, yet corrupt with greed, hatred, and closet Ghandis!! This country has gotten rich off the Native Americans land, the sweat, and blood of African slaves,and has been transported on the backs of Chinese, only to have the government still want to toy with our very existence. I am not asking for a free pass, nor are many of those who agree with me... but damn...we, as a country are so rich and so quick to spend money everywhere but home. The president is the wondering husband and America is his neglected wife. Our President, if he truly loves her will take care of home first and foremost.
